We collect information you give us directly through our forms:

• Newsletter signup: your email address and category interest.
• List your business enquiry: your name, business category, email and phone number.
• Quote request: your name, email, phone number and message, which is shared with the business you're requesting a quote from.
• Contact form: your name, email and message.

3. How we use it

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, connect you with a business you've requested a quote from, or send the newsletter you signed up for. We don't sell your data to third parties.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in our database (Cloudflare D1) and trigger an email notification via our email provider (Resend). Both are standard infrastructure providers processing data on our behalf.

5. Business listing data

Business listings (name, category, area, phone, rating, review count) are sourced from publicly available Google Maps business data, or provided directly by the business when they claim their listing.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
